Veterans Day 2025 – Honoring Our Veterans and Celebrating 250 Years of Service.
On Veterans Day, we join our community and our nation in honoring the countless veterans, active duty personnel, and families whose service has safeguarded our freedoms and way of life. We recognize that every mission, vessel, convoy, deployment, and training exercise has contributed to the enduring strength of our nation.
This year also marks a historic milestone. On June 14, 2025, the United States Army celebrates its 250th birthday — a journey that began in 1775 when the Continental Congress established the Army to defend a young nation. Likewise, the United States Navy celebrates its 250th anniversary in 2025, honoring two and a half centuries of commitment to protecting our freedom on the seas.
